Sukta 2.14
अध्वर्यवो भरतेन्द्राय सोममामत्रेभिः सिञ्चता मद्यमन्धः । कामी हि वीरः सदमस्य पीतिं जुहोत वृष्णे तदिदेष वष्टि ॥
ádhvaryavo bháraténdrāya sómam ā́ amátrebhiḥ siñcatā mádyaṃ ándhaḥ | kāmī́ hí vīráḥ sádam asya pītíṃ juhóta vṛ́ṣṇe tád íd eṣá vaṣṭi ||
হে অধ্বৰ্যুসমূহ, ইন্দ্ৰৰ বাবে সোম আনক; দ্ৰোণ/পেষণ-পাত্ৰসমূহেৰে মাদক অন্ধঃ (সাৰ) ঢালি দিয়া। কিয়নো বীৰজন সদায় এই পানৰ কামনা কৰে; বৃষভলৈ তাক হোম/অৰ্পণ কৰা—এইয়েই তেওঁ বাছি লয়, এইয়েই তেওঁ ইচ্ছা কৰে।
