मृगो न भीमः कुचरो गिरिष्ठाः परावत आ जगन्था परस्याः । सृकं संशाय पविमिन्द्र तिग्मं वि शत्रून्ताळ्हि वि मृधो नुदस्व ॥
mṛgó ná bhīmáḥ kucaráḥ giriṣṭhā́ḥ parāváta ā́ jaganthā́ párasyāḥ | sṛkáṃ saṃśā́ya pavím indra tigmáṃ ví śátrūn tāḷhi ví mṛ́dho nudasva ||
ভয়ংকৰ মৃগৰ দৰে, উচ্চ শিখৰত ঘূৰি ফুৰা গিৰিষ্ঠ, তুমি দূৰতম পৰাৱত—পৰদেশৰ পৰা আহি উপস্থিত হ’লা। হে ইন্দ্ৰ, চোয়াল (সৃক) তীক্ষ্ণ কৰি, তোমাৰ তীক্ষ্ণ পৱি (বজ্ৰধাৰ) ধাৰ দিয়া; শত্রুসকলক বিচ্ছিন্ন কৰি আঘাত কৰা, আক্ৰমণ (মৃধ) দূৰ কৰি ঠেলি দিয়া।
