Sukta 1.147
ये पायवो मामतेयं ते अग्ने पश्यन्तो अन्धं दुरितादरक्षन् । ररक्ष तान्त्सुकृतो विश्ववेदा दिप्सन्त इद्रिपवो नाह देभुः ॥
yé pā́yavo mā́mateyaṃ te agne páśyanto andháṃ duritā́d árakṣan | rárakṣa tā́nt su-kṛ́to viśvá-vedā dipsánta íd ripávo nā́ha debhuḥ ||
হে অগ্নি, তোমাৰ মামতেয় ৰক্ষকসকল—অন্ধকাৰ অন্ধত্ব দেখিও—তাক দুঃখ-অপকাৰৰ পৰা ৰক্ষা কৰিলে। হে বিশ্ববেদা (সৰ্বজ্ঞ), সুকৃতকাৰী সেইসকলক তুমি ৰক্ষা কৰা; শত্রুসকলে ক্ষতি কামনা কৰিলেও সিহঁতে একেবাৰে ক্ষতি কৰিব নোৱাৰে।
