तुभ्यायं सोमः परिपूतो अद्रिभिः स्पार्हा वसानः परि कोशमर्षति शुक्रा वसानो अर्षति । तवायं भाग आयुषु सोमो देवेषु हूयते । वह वायो नियुतो याह्यस्मयुर्जुषाणो याह्यस्मयुः ॥
túbhyāyaṃ sómaḥ pári-pūto ádribhiḥ spārhā́ vasānáḥ pári kóśam arṣati śukrā́ vasānáḥ arṣati | tavā́yaṃ bhāgá ā́yuṣu sómo devéṣu hūyate | váha vāyo ni-yúto yāhy asma-yúr juṣāṇó yāhy asma-yúḥ ||
তোমাৰ বাবে এই সোম অদ্ৰি (চাপনি-পাথৰ) দ্বাৰা পৰিশোধিত; স্পৃহণীয়, শুচ্ৰ (উজ্জ্বলতা) পৰিধান কৰি পাত্ৰৰ চাৰিওফালে বেগেৰে প্ৰবাহিত হয়—উজ্জ্বল ৰূপে প্ৰবাহিত হয়। আয়ুষসমূহৰ মাজত এই তোমাৰ ভাগ; দেবসমূহৰ মাজত এই সোম আহ্বান কৰা হয়। হে বায়ু, তোমাৰ নিয়ুতসমূহ বহন কৰি আহা; আমাক কামনা কৰা জনৰ ওচৰলৈ আহা—আনন্দেৰে গ্ৰহণ কৰি আহা।
