Sukta 1.116
एकस्या वस्तोरावतं रणाय वशमश्विना सनये सहस्रा । निरहतं दुच्छुना इन्द्रवन्ता पृथुश्रवसो वृषणावरातीः ॥
ékasyā vástor ā́vataṁ ráṇāya váśam aśvinā sanáye sahásrā | nír ahataṁ ducchúnā índravantā pṛthúśravasaḥ vṛṣaṇāv arā́tīḥ ||
এটা উষাতেই, হে অশ্বিনদ্বয়, যুদ্ধজয়ৰ বাবে আৰু সহস্ৰ লাভৰ উদ্দেশ্যে তোমালোকে বশাক বশে আনিলা। ইন্দ্ৰৰ বল সহায় হৈ, দুঃশুনা—অশুভ দুঃখ-ক্লেশ—দূৰ কৰি, হে বৃষণদ্বয়, পৃথুশ্ৰৱসৰ পৰা বৈৰী শক্তিসমূহক অপসাৰিত কৰিলা।
