प्रास्मै गायत्रमर्चत वावातुर्यः पुरंदरः । याभिः काण्वस्योप बर्हिरासदं यासद्वज्री भिनत्पुरः ॥

prā́smai gāyatram arcata vāvāturyáḥ puraṃdaráḥ | yā́bhiḥ kāṇvasyópa barhír āsádam yā́sad vajrī́ bhínat púraḥ ||

Hãy dâng lên Ngài thánh tụng Gāyatrī—Đấng lao nhanh, kẻ phá tan mọi vòng vây, kẻ đập nát thành lũy; nhờ những quyền năng ấy, Ngài tiến gần chỗ ngồi của dòng Kāṇva, an tọa trên cỏ thiêng (barhis). Đấng cầm lôi lực-vajra đến và chẻ toang các đồn lũy khép kín.
