अधा ह्यग्ने मह्ना निषद्या सद्यो जज्ञानो हव्यो बभूथ । तं ते देवासो अनु केतमायन्नधावर्धन्त प्रथमास ऊमाः ॥

Transliteration

adhā́ hí agne mahnā́ niṣádya sadyó jajñānó hávyo babhū́tha | táṃ te devā́so ánu kétaṃ ā́yann ádhā́vardhanta prathamā́sa ū́māḥ ||

Translation

Quả thật, hỡi Agni, nhờ sự vĩ đại của Ngài mà Ngài an tọa; vừa sinh ra tức thì, Ngài liền trở thành Đấng đáng được dâng hiến. Các Deva đã theo dấu hiệu của Ngài; rồi những năng lực đầu tiên (ūmāḥ)—những thôi thúc nguyên sơ—đã làm Ngài tăng trưởng.
