Sukta 10.149
यत्रा समुद्रः स्कभितो व्यौनदपां नपात्सविता तस्य वेद । अतो भूरत आ उत्थितं रजोऽतो द्यावापृथिवी अप्रथेताम् ॥
yátrā samudráḥ skabhitó vyàunad apā́ṃ napāt savitā́ tásya veda | áto bhū́r áta ā́ utthítaṃ rájo 'to dyā́vā-pṛthivī́ aprathetām ||
Nơi đại dương được chống đỡ rồi trải rộng—Savitṛ, “con của các dòng nước” Apāṃ Napāt, biết điều ấy. Từ đó Đất phát sinh; từ đó khoảng mênh mang (rajas) được nâng lên; từ đó Trời và Đất được mở rộng—như vậy các thế giới theo trật tự đã hiển lộ.
