मधु नक्तमुतोषसो मधुमत्पार्थिवं रजः । मधु द्यौरस्तु नः पिता ॥
Transliteration
mádhu náktam utóṣáso mádhu-mat pārthívaṃ rájaḥ | mádhu dyáur astu naḥ pitā́ ||
Translation
మన రాత్రి మరియు ఉషస్సు (ప్రభాతం) మధురముగా ఉండుగాక; ఈ పార్థివ రజః (చలనమయ లోకం) మధురముగా ఉండుగాక. ద్యౌః—మన పిత—మనకు మధురముగా ఉండుగాక.
