अभिमन्युना दुःशासनस्य ताडनम्

तमतिक्ुद्धमायान्तं तव पुत्रमरिंदम: । अभिमन्यु: शरैस्तीक्ष्णै: षड्विंशत्या समार्पयत्,आपके पुत्रको अत्यन्त कुपित हो आते देख शत्रुसूदून अभिमन्युने छब्बीस पैने बाणोंद्वारा उसे घायल कर दिया
tam atikruddham āyāntaṃ tava putram ariṃdamaḥ | abhimanyuḥ śarais tīkṣṇaiḥ ṣaḍviṃśatyā samārpayat ||
మీ కుమారుడు అత్యంత కోపంతో దూసుకొస్తున్నాడని చూసి, శత్రుసంహారకుడు అభిమన్యుడు ఇరవై ఆరు పదునైన బాణాలతో అతనిని గాయపరిచాడు.
