Sukta 9.28
Soma Pavamāna
ဤတိုသော ပါဝမာန် ဂါထာသည် သောမကို လူတို့၏ လက်နှင့် စွမ်းအားတို့ဖြင့် လှုပ်ရှားစေသောအခါ၊ သိုးမွေးစစ်ထုတ်ကိရိယာမှ အလျှင်အမြန် စီးဆင်း၍ နတ်များအတွက် စင်ကြယ်ပြီး ရွေးချယ်ထားသော စီးဆင်းမှုတစ်ခု ဖြစ်လာသည်ကို ချီးကျူးသည်။ သောမသည် အသိဉာဏ်ပညာနှင့် ပြည့်စုံသူ၊ စိတ်၏ အရှင်သခင်၊ နွားထီးကဲ့သို့ စွမ်းအား၊ ဆယ်မျိုးသော အဆက်အနွယ် စွမ်းအားများဖြင့် မောင်းနှင်ပြီး ပူဇော်ရန် ပြင်ဆင်ထားသော ကျိုးများကို ဖြည့်ဆည်းသည်။ ဤဂါထာသည် သောမ၏ အနိုင်နိုင် စင်ကြယ်စေသော စီးဆင်းမှုဖြင့် အဆုံးတွင် နတ်သားရဲစွမ်းသတ္တိကို ဆောင်ကျဉ်းပေးပြီး ထိပါးစော်ကားသော မှားယွင်းသော စကားကို ဖျက်ဆီးသည်။
Mantra 1
एष वाजी हितो नृभिर्विश्वविन्मनसस्पतिः । अव्यो वारं वि धावति ॥
ဤသောမရသသည် ပြည့်စုံသောအားဖြင့် လူသားတို့ဖြင့် နေရာချထားသည်။ အားလုံးကို သိသူနှင့် စိတ်၏အရှင်ဖြစ်၍ သိုးမွေးစစ်ထုတ်သည့် အထဲမှ ရွေးချယ်သောစီးကြောင်းများကို လွတ်မြောက်စေသည်။
Mantra 2
एष पवित्रे अक्षरत्सोमो देवेभ्यः सुतः । विश्वा धामान्याविशन् ॥
ဤသောမရသသည် နတ်များအတွက် ညှစ်ထုတ်ပြီး စစ်ထုတ်သည့်နေရာမှ စီးဆင်းသည်။ ဘဝ၏ နေရာဌာနအားလုံးကို ဝင်ရောက်၍ အတွင်း၌ နတ်စ规则ကို တည်ဆောက်သည်။
Mantra 3
एष देवः शुभायतेऽधि योनावमर्त्यः । वृत्रहा देववीतमः ॥
ဤသောမနတ်သည် ဖော်ပြခြင်း၏ သားအိမ်ပေါ်တွင် တောက်ပသည်။ သောမရသသည် အသက်မသေ၊ အမှောင်ကို ဖျက်ဆီးသူဖြစ်၍ နတ်များကို ရရှိခြင်းတွင် အပြည့်အဝဖြစ်သည်။

एष वृषा कनिक्रदद्दशभिर्जामिभिर्यतः । अभि द्रोणानि धावति ॥
ဤနဂါးနွယ်အားသည် ဆယ်မျိုးသော ဆွေမျိုးစွမ်းအားများဖြင့် တိုက်ခတ်သည်။ ဘဝ၏ ပြင်ဆင်ထားသော ကျောင်းများကို ဖြည့်ဆည်းရန် အိုးခွက်များဆီသို့ အမြန်ပြေးသည်။

एष सूर्यमरोचयत्पवमानो विचर्षणिः । विश्वा धामानि विश्ववित् ॥
ဤသောမရသသည် သန့်စင်နေစဉ် နေကို တောက်ပစေသည်။ လူသားတို့အကြား မျက်စိနှင့် လှုပ်ရှားမှု ကျယ်ပြန့်သူဖြစ်၍ အားလုံးကို သိသူသည် ဘဝ၏ နေရာဌာနအားလုံးကို ဝင်ရောက် အလင်းပေးသည်။

एष शुष्म्यदाभ्यः सोमः पुनानो अर्षति । देवावीरघशंसहा ॥
ဤသောမသည် အားကြီး၍ အနိုင်ယူ၍ မရနိုင်သော တစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပြီး စင်ကြယ်စေရင်း စီးဆင်းလေသည်။ ထိုသည် နတ်များ၏ သူရဲကောင်းစွမ်းအားများကို ဆောင်ကျဉ်းပေးပြီး မှားယွင်းသော စကားနှင့် အပြစ်များကို ဖျက်ဆီးပေးလေသည်။
It praises Soma as he is pressed and purified, flowing through the woolen strainer into vessels for offering, while granting strength, clarity of mind, and protection.
These are key parts of the Soma ritual: the juice is filtered through wool to become clear (pavamāna) and then collected in vessels (droṇa) before being offered to the gods.
It asks Soma to remove harmful, deceitful, or sinful talk—both outward negativity and inner false narratives—so the sacrificer’s speech and mind become truthful and strong.
