परजनस्य पूर्वमध्यमोत्तमवधा दण्डाः क्रेतृश्रोतृऋणां च ॥ कZ_०३.१३.०२ ॥
parajanasya pūrva-madhyama-uttama-vadhā daṇḍāḥ kretṛ-śrotṛ-ṛṇāṃ ca
Bagi urusan memperdagangkan “orang milik orang lain” (parajana), hukuman ditetapkan mengikut darjah: pertama, pertengahan dan tertinggi; dan tanggungan juga meliputi pembeli, orang yang “mendengar/bersetuju” (orang tengah atau pihak yang meluluskan), serta pemiutang.
