महि वो महतामवो वरुण मित्रार्यमन् । अवांस्या वृणीमहे ॥
Transliteration
máhi vo mahatā́m ávo váruṇa mitrā́ryaman | avā́ṃsyā́ vṛṇīmahe ||
Translation
Agunglah perlindunganmu yang agung, wahai Varuṇa, Mitra, Aryaman. Kami memilih dan menerima naungan-naunganmu—agar ṛta yang luas menaungi kami dan jalan yang lurus diteguhkan.
