Sukta 7.95
इमा जुह्वाना युष्मदा नमोभिः प्रति स्तोमं सरस्वति जुषस्व । तव शर्मन्प्रियतमे दधाना उप स्थेयाम शरणं न वृक्षम् ॥
imā́ juhvānā yuṣmád ā namo-bhíḥ práti stómaṃ sarasvati juṣasva | táva śárman priya-táme dádhānā úpa stheyāma śaráṇaṃ ná vṛkṣám ||
Kami, dengan tangan terangkat mempersembahkan dari-Mu dan dengan hormat kami, terimalah kidung pujian ini, wahai Sarasvatī; berkenanlah padanya. Berpegang pada kedamaian perlindungan-Mu yang paling tercinta, semoga kami mendekat dan berdiri dekat-Mu, seperti orang berdiri di sisi pohon untuk berlindung.
