Sukta 7.7

सद्यो अध्वरे रथिरं जनन्त मानुषासो विचेतसो य एषाम् । विशामधायि विश्पतिर्दुरोणेऽग्निर्मन्द्रो मधुवचा ऋतावा ॥

sadyó adhvaré rathiráṁ jananta mā́nuṣāso vi-cétaso yá eṣām | viśā́m adhāyi viśpátir duroṇé'gnír mandró mádhuvacā ṛtā́vā ||

Seketika, dalam upacara kurban, para insan yang arif melahirkan kereta-laju bagi perjalanan. Agni ditegakkan di dalam kediaman sebagai tuan bagi kaum-kaum—pembawa sukacita, bertutur madu, penjaga Ṛta.
