Transliteration

mahā́m asyádhvarásya praketó ná ṛté tvád amṛ́tā mādayante | ā́ víśvebhiḥ sárathaṃ yāhi deváir ní agne hótā prathamáḥ sádehá ||

Translation

Wahai Agni, engkaulah kesadaran penyingkap yang luas dari yajña ini; tanpa engkau, para Kuasa yang abadi tidak memasuki kenikmatan mereka. Datanglah kemari bersama semua dewa, seirama dan sekereta; duduklah di sini, wahai Agni, sebagai Hotṛ yang pertama, sang perintis persembahan.
