Sukta 3.43
आ याहि पूर्वीरति चर्षणीराँ अर्य आशिष उप नो हरिभ्याम् । इमा हि त्वा मतयः स्तोमतष्टा इन्द्र हवन्ते सख्यं जुषाणाः ॥
ā́ yāhi pūrvī́r áti carṣaṇī́r ā́ aryá ā́śiṣa úpa no háribhyām | imā́ hí tvā matáyaḥ stóma-taṣṭā́ índra hávante sakhyáṁ juṣāṇā́ḥ ||
Datanglah, melampaui banyak bangsa manusia; datanglah, wahai yang mulia, dengan kuda-kuda baymu, menuju harapan dan doa kami. Sebab pikiran-pikiran ini, ditempa menjadi stotra, memanggil-Mu, wahai Indra, menginginkan persahabatan-Mu dan berkenan pada sukacita-Mu.
