Sukta 2.14
अध्वर्यवो यन्नरः कामयाध्वे श्रुष्टी वहन्तो नशथा तदिन्द्रे । गभस्तिपूतं भरत श्रुतायेन्द्राय सोमं यज्यवो जुहोत ॥
ádhvaryavo yán naraḥ kāmayā́dhve śruṣṭī́ váhanto naśathā tád índre | gábhasti-pūtaṃ bharata śrutā́ya índrāya sómaṃ yajyavo juhota ||
Wahai para Adhvaryu, apa pun yang kalian—wahai para lelaki—inginkan dan capai, sambil mengusung perasan Soma yang terpasang kuk dengan baik, tempatkanlah itu pada Indra. Bawalah Soma yang disucikan oleh sinar—oleh telapak tangan—untuk didengar; wahai para pelaksana yajña, curahkanlah Soma bagi Indra, Sang “Yang Tersohor sebagai Pendengar”, yang menjawab seruan.
