Sukta 10.149
यत्रा समुद्रः स्कभितो व्यौनदपां नपात्सविता तस्य वेद । अतो भूरत आ उत्थितं रजोऽतो द्यावापृथिवी अप्रथेताम् ॥
yátrā samudráḥ skabhitó vyàunad apā́ṃ napāt savitā́ tásya veda | áto bhū́r áta ā́ utthítaṃ rájo 'to dyā́vā-pṛthivī́ aprathetām ||
Di mana samudra, ditopang, terbentang luas—Savitṛ, Apām Napāt (Putra Perairan), mengetahuinya. Dari sana Bumi muncul; dari sana hamparan terangkat; dari sana Langit-dan-Bumi meluas: demikianlah dunia-dunia yang tertib menampakkan diri.
