Transliteration

híraṇyakeśo rájaso visāré ’hír dhúnir vā́ta iva dhrájīmān | śúci-bhrājā uṣáso návedā yáśasvatīr apasyúvo ná satyā́ḥ ||

Translation

Berambut keemasan, menyebar di ruang antara (rajas), seperti ular yang menerjang, seperti angin dengan dorongan yang cepat—murni dalam cahaya—ia laksana fajar-fajar yang selalu baru; mulia, benar, dan giat dalam karya: Agni yang membangunkan, bergerak menembus diri kita.
