I, even I, am New-moon: unto me the well-doers come to dwell—these here within me. In me the Gods, both kinds, the Sādhyas, and all the Indra-headed, assemble together.
Rishi: Atharvanic tradition (not specified in the excerpt).
Devata: Amāvāsyā (as speaking deity/time), with Sādhyas and Indra-headed gods as co-present.
Chandas: Likely Triṣṭubh (requires metrical verification).
Primary: adbhuta
Secondary: shanta
