अग्ने॒ प्रेहि॑ प्रथ॒मो दे॒वता॑नां॒ चक्षु॑र्दे॒वाना॑मु॒त मानु॑षानाम्। इय॑क्षमाणा॒ भृगु॑भिः स॒जोषाः॒ स्वऽर्यन्तु॒ यज॑मानाः स्व॒स्ति
ágne préhi prathamó devátānāṃ cákṣur devā́nām utá mā́nuṣāṇām | íyakṣamāṇā bhṛ́gubhiḥ sajóṣāḥ svàr-yántu yájamānāḥ svastí
Agni, go forth—first of the Gods art thou, the Eye of Gods and likewise of mankind. In sacrifice, in concord with the Bhṛgus, let the sacrificers fare to Svàr in weal.
Agni, majulah—engkau yang pertama di antara para dewa, Mata para dewa dan juga manusia. Dalam yajña, seiring-sejalan dengan para Bhṛgu, semoga para yajamāna menuju Svàr dalam selamat-sejahtera.
