Sukta 8.40
अपि वृश्च पुराणवद्व्रततेरिव गुष्पितमोजो दासस्य दम्भय । वयं तदस्य सम्भृतं वस्विन्द्रेण वि भजेमहि नभन्तामन्यके समे ॥
ápi vṛśca purāṇavád vratáter iva guṣpitám ójo dāsásya dambhaya | vayáṃ tád asya sambhṛtáṃ vásv índreṇa ví bhajemahi nábhantām anyaké samé ||
Tranchez, aujourd’hui encore comme jadis, cette force nouée — comme on coupe l’entrave d’un briseur de vœu ; brisez la puissance du Dāsa. Alors, avec Indra, puissions-nous répartir le trésor de l’être amassé ; que les autres soient dispersés dans le même champ.
