अनु प्र येजे जन ओजो अस्य सत्रा दधिरे अनु वीर्याय । स्यूमगृभे दुधयेऽर्वते च क्रतुं वृञ्जन्त्यपि वृत्रहत्ये ॥

Transliteration

ánu prá yeje jáná ójo asya satrā́ dadhire ánu vīryā́ya | syūmá-gṛbhe dúdhaye 'rváte ca krátum vṛñjánty ápi vṛtrahátye ||

Translation

Les hommes le suivent et vénèrent sa puissance ; d’un élan constant ils se rangent derrière sa vīrya, sa force héroïque. Pour saisir l’accroissement, pour le don fécond et pour le coursier du progrès, ils choisissent le kratú — la volonté et le juste discernement — jusque pour la vṛtra-hatyá, l’abattement de Vṛtra, le Couvreur.
