Sukta 5.49
तन्नो अनर्वा सविता वरूथं तत्सिन्धव इषयन्तो अनु ग्मन् । उप यद्वोचे अध्वरस्य होता रायः स्याम पतयो वाजरत्नाः ॥
tán no anarvā́ savitā́ varū́thaṃ tát síndhava iṣáyanto ánu gman | úpa yád vóce adhvarásya hótā rāyáḥ syāma pátayo vā́jaratnāḥ ||
Que Savitṛ, l’infaillible, soit pour nous ce refuge protecteur; et que les fleuves, pressés par leur élan, le suivent. Quand moi, le hotṛ du sacrifice, je parle tout près dans le rite, puissions-nous devenir seigneurs de la richesse et des trésors de force — vajra-ratna.
