Transliteration
hótāraṁ tvā vṛṇīmahé’gne dákṣasya sā́dhanam | yajñéṣu pū́rvyaṁ girā́ práyasvanto havāmahe ||
Translation
Toi, ô Agni, nous te choisissons pour Hotar, accomplisseur du dakṣa, du discernement et de l’art juste; dans les sacrifices, l’Ancien, nous t’appelons par la parole — nous, pleins d’ardeur et d’effort droit.
