अश्वेव चित्रारुषी माता गवामृतावरी । सखाभूदश्विनोरुषाः ॥
Transliteration
aśvā́ iva citrā́ruṣī mātā́ gavām ṛtā́varī | sákhābhūd aśvínoḥ uṣā́ḥ ||
Translation
Tel un cheval rouge éclatant, elle resplendit de mille couleurs ; elle est la mère des rayons‑vaches, gardienne du ṛta, celle qui choisit et porte le Juste. Uṣas est devenue la compagne des Aśvins — elle conduit les puissances rapides qui apportent le secours.
