द्वादश द्यून्यदगोह्यस्यातिथ्ये रणन्नृभवः ससन्तः । सुक्षेत्राकृण्वन्ननयन्त सिन्धून्धन्वातिष्ठन्नोषधीर्निम्नमापः ॥
dvā́daśa dyū́n yád agóhyasyātithyé ráṇann ṛbhávaḥ sásantaḥ | su-kṣétrā akṛṇvann ánayanta síndhūn dhánvā́tiṣṭhann óṣadhīr nímnam ā́paḥ ||
Douze jours durant, dans l’hospitalité d’Agohya, les Ṛbhu, exultant, poursuivirent leur dessein. Ils rendirent les champs propices; ils conduisirent les fleuves; ils établirent les plantes sur la terre sèche; ils dirigèrent les eaux vers les bas-fonds — par l’art juste ordonnant les mouvements de la vie.
