Sukta 2.31
अस्माकं मित्रावरुणावतं रथमादित्यै रुद्रैर्वसुभिः सचाभुवा । प्र यद्वयो न पप्तन्वस्मनस्परि श्रवस्यवो हृषीवन्तो वनर्षदः ॥
asmā́kaṃ mitrā́varuṇā́vataṃ rátham ādityái rudráir vásubhiḥ sacā́bhuvā́ | prá yád váyo ná paptán vásmanaḥ pári śravasyávo hṛ́ṣīvanto vana-ṛ́sadaḥ ||
Ô Mitra et Varuṇa, soutenez pour nous le char du voyage — avec les Ādityas, les Rudras et les Vasus qui se meuvent d’un même accord. Quand nos forces en quête s’élancent comme des oiseaux autour de leur nid, qu’elles se réjouissent de la joie des puissances vitales et prennent siège dans l’ample (espace).
