apā́m ūrmír mádann iva stóma indra ajirāyate | ví te mádā arajiṣuḥ

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

Like a wave of waters, as though in rapture, the hymn speeds on to thee, O Indra: forth have thy exultations flashed in splendour.

Translation

Tel un flot des eaux, comme en ivresse, le stoma se hâte vers toi, ô Indra; et tes transports ont jailli en splendeur.
