यथा शुक्ला तथा कृष्णा ह्युपोष्या सा प्रयत्नतः ॥ शुक्ला भक्तिप्रदा नित्यं कृष्णा मुक्तिं प्रयच्छति
yathā śuklā tathā kṛṣṇā hy upoṣyā sā prayatnataḥ | śuklā bhaktipradā nityaṁ kṛṣṇā muktiṁ prayacchati ||
Así como la Ekādaśī de la quincena luminosa, así también la de la quincena oscura debe observarse con empeño. La luminosa concede siempre devoción; la oscura otorga liberación.
