पितरस्तस्य नाश्नन्ति वर्षाणि दश पञ्च च ॥ अदत्त्वा यस्तु भुञ्जीत नवन्नानि कदाचन ॥
pitarastasya nāśnanti varṣāṇi daśa pañca ca || adattvā yastu bhuñjīta navannāni kadācana ||
Sus antepasados no participan (de las ofrendas) durante quince años. Y quien, sin haberlas ofrecido, consuma en cualquier momento las preparaciones de navanna, incurre en demérito.
