ā́ índrasya kukṣā́ pavate madíntama ūrjáṃ vásānaḥ śrávase su-maṅgalaḥ | pratyáṅ sá viśvā́ bhúvanābhi paprathe krīḷán hárir átyaḥ syandate vṛ́ṣā ||

Al vientre de Indra fluye Soma, el más embriagador; vestido de energía (ūrj), de buen augurio para la fama. Vuelto hacia adentro, se expande por todos los mundos del ser; jugando, el corcel bermejo se precipita — como toro-corriente se derrama.
