यच्छक्रासि परावति यदर्वावति वृत्रहन् । अतस्त्वा गीर्भिर्द्युगदिन्द्र केशिभिः सुतावाँ आ विवासति ॥
yác chakrā́si parāváti yád arvāváti vṛtra-han | átás tvā gīrbhír dyugád indra keśíbhiḥ sutā́vān ā́ vivāsati ||
Estés, oh Śakra, en la región lejana o en la cercana, oh matador de Vṛtra — por eso el prensador de Soma te llama aquí y te hace presente, Indra, mediante himnos de cabellera luminosa, como rayos de la palabra.
