स मन्युं मर्त्यानामदब्धो नि चिकीषते । पुरा निदश्चिकीषते ॥
Transliteration
sá manyúṃ martyā́nām ádabdho ní cikīṣate | purā́ nidáś cikīṣate ||
Translation
Él, a quien ningún engaño vence, percibe y refrena la ira de los mortales; aun antes de que surja, percibe el impulso hostil.
