महि वो महतामवो वरुण मित्रार्यमन् । अवांस्या वृणीमहे ॥
Transliteration
máhi vo mahatā́m ávo váruṇa mitrā́ryaman | avā́ṃsyā́ vṛṇīmahe ||
Translation
Grande es vuestra gran protección, oh Varuṇa, Mitra, Aryaman. Elegimos y aceptamos vuestros amparos — para que la gran Ley (ṛta) permanezca sobre nosotros y quede asegurado el sendero recto.
