अतः समुद्रमुद्वतश्चिकित्वाँ अव पश्यति । यतो विपान एजति ॥

atáḥ samudrám udvátas cikitvā́ṃ áva paśyati | yáto vipāná éjati ||

Desde aquí el conocedor mira hacia abajo el océano y las alturas que se alzan, de donde el bebedor tiembla y se pone en movimiento: la conciencia despierta contempla la vastedad y el ascenso, y discierne la fuente del gozo estremecido del alma.
