अश्वी रथी सुरूप इद्गोमाँ इदिन्द्र ते सखा । श्वात्रभाजा वयसा सचते सदा चन्द्रो याति सभामुप ॥

aśvī́ rathī́ su-rūpá íd gomā́m íd indra te sákhā | śvātrá-bhājā́ váyasā sacate sádā candró yāti sabhā́m úpa ||

Dueño de caballos, llevado en carro, de hermosa forma, rico en rebaños luminosos—tal es tu compañero, oh Indra. Participa de la fuerza heroica; te acompaña por el crecimiento de su vigor vital; siempre radiante, asciende a la asamblea.
