उप श्वासय पृथिवीमुत द्यां पुरुत्रा ते मनुतां विष्ठितं जगत् । स दुन्दुभे सजूरिन्द्रेण देवैर्दूराद्दवीयो अप सेध शत्रून् ॥

Transliteration

úpa śvāsaya pṛthivī́m utá dyā́m purutrā́ te manutā́ṃ víṣṭhitaṃ jágat | sá dundubhe sajū́r índreṇa deváir dūrā́d davī́yo ápa sedha śátrūn ||

Translation

Sopla sobre la Tierra y también sobre el Cielo; que el mundo de los hombres, extendido en muchos lugares, cobre ánimo por ti. Oh Tambor, unido a Indra y a los dioses, ahuyenta a los enemigos —lejos, más lejos aún—; aparta de nuestro campo las fuerzas hostiles.
