Sukta 6.20
दिवो न तुभ्यमन्विन्द्र सत्रासुर्यं देवेभिर्धायि विश्वम् । अहिं यद्वृत्रमपो वव्रिवांसं हन्नृजीषिन्विष्णुना सचानः ॥
divó ná túbhyam ánv indra satrā́ asúryaṃ devébhir dhāyi víśvam | áhíṃ yád vṛtrám apó vavrivā́ṃsaṃ hán ṛjīṣin víṣṇunā sacānáḥ ||
Como desde el cielo, para ti, oh Indra, en obras incesantes, fue establecido entre los dioses el orden divino en su totalidad. Cuando abatistes a la serpiente Vṛtra, que mantenía cubiertas las aguas — oh señor de los corceles leonados, obrando en compañía de Viṣṇu.
