नाना ह्यग्नेऽवसे स्पर्धन्ते रायो अर्यः । तूर्वन्तो दस्युमायवो व्रतैः सीक्षन्तो अव्रतम् ॥

Transliteration

nānā́ hí agne ávase spárdhante rā́yo aryáḥ | tū́rvanto dásyum ā́yavo vratáiḥ sīkṣánto avratám ||

Translation

En verdad, oh Agni, son diversas las contiendas del Arya por tu auxilio y por las plenitudes: apremiando a las fuerzas dāsyu de engaño, los buscadores, por los votos (vratá) del rito, disciplinan al que no tiene voto, al sin-ley.
