Sukta 1.64
पिन्वन्त्यपो मरुतः सुदानवः पयो घृतवद्विदथेष्वाभुवः । अत्यं न मिहे वि नयन्ति वाजिनमुत्सं दुहन्ति स्तनयन्तमक्षितम् ॥
pínvanty apó marútaḥ su-dā́naváḥ páyo ghṛtá-vad vidátheṣv ā-bhúvaḥ | átyaṃ ná mihé ví nayanti vā́jinam útsaṃ duhanti stanáyantam ákṣitam ||
Los Maruts, buenos dadores, hacen crecer las aguas; en las asambleas se hacen presentes con una leche rica como el ghee. Como un corcel veloz en la niebla, conducen hacia delante la fuerza; ordeñan la fuente tronante, inagotable.
