पाप-नाशनम् अप॑ नः॒ शोशु॑चद॒घमग्ने॑ शुशु॒ग्ध्या र॒यिम्। अप॑ नः॒ शोशु॑चद॒घम्

pāpa-nāśanám ápá naḥ śóśucat ághám agne śuśugdhíyā rayím | ápá naḥ śóśucat ághám ||

O Agni, the evil-destroyer—away from us let the evil be burnt away; kindle forth and bring hither wealth. Away from us let the evil be burnt away.
