दासमनुरूपेण निष्क्रयेणार्यमकुर्वतो द्वादशपणो दण्डः संरोधश्चाकरणात् ॥ कZ_०३.१३.२१ ॥
dāsam anurūpeṇa niṣkrayeṇāryam akurvato dvādaśapaṇo daṇḍaḥ saṃrodhaś cākaraṇāt
Si alguien no convierte al dāsa en ārya (es decir, se niega a manumitirlo) después de recibir el rescate proporcional (niṣkraya), la pena es de doce paṇas y detención (saṃrodha) por incumplimiento.
