Transliteration

parajanasya pūrva-madhyama-uttama-vadhā daṇḍāḥ kretṛ-śrotṛ-ṛṇāṃ ca

Translation

Beim Handel mit „einer Person eines anderen“ (parajana) werden die Strafen abgestuft in niedrigste, mittlere und höchste; und die Haftung erstreckt sich auch auf den Käufer, denjenigen, der „anhört/zustinmmt“ (Vermittler oder Genehmigenden), sowie auf den Gläubiger.
