इन्द्राग्नी रोचना दिवः परि वाजेषु भूषथः । तद्वां चेति प्र वीर्यम् ॥

índrāgnī rocanā́ diváḥ pári vā́jeṣu bhūṣathaḥ | tád vāṃ ceti prá vī́ryam ||

হে ইন্দ্র ও অগ্নি! দিবঃ-এর রোচন—স্বর্গের দীপ্তিমান অঞ্চলসমূহ—পর্যন্ত তোমরা বাজ (বল-সমৃদ্ধি) এর মধ্যে শোভিত হয়ে পরিভ্রমণ কর। তাতেই তোমাদের বীর্য—বীর-পরাক্রম—প্রকাশিত হয়।
