Sukta 1.32
अयोद्धेव दुर्मद आ हि जुह्वे महावीरं तुविबाधमृजीषम् । नातारीदस्य समृतिं वधानां सं रुजानाः पिपिष इन्द्रशत्रुः ॥
ayoddhā́iva durmáda ā́ hí juhve mahāvī́raṃ tuvibā́dham ṛjī́ṣam | nā́tārīd asya samṛ́tiṃ vadhā́nāṃ sáṃ rujā́nāḥ pipiṣe índraśatruḥ ||
মত্ত গর্বে যোদ্ধার মতো সে চ্যালেঞ্জ করল—সে মহাবীর, তুবিবাধ (অতিশয় বাধাদানকারী), ঋজীষ (সোজা বেগে ধাবমান)কে আহ্বান করল। সেই আঘাতসমূহের সীমা সে অতিক্রম করতে পারল না; ভেঙে চুরমার হয়ে ইন্দ্রশত্রু গুঁড়ো হয়ে গেল।
