Sanskrit recitationAvadhuta Upanishad 28

viṣṇuṃ dhyāyatu dhīr yadvā brahmānande vilīyatām | sākṣy ahaṃ kiṃcid apy atra na kurve nāpi kāraye ||28||

Let the intellect meditate on Viṣṇu; or else let it dissolve into the bliss of Brahman. I am the witness; here I do not do anything at all, nor do I cause (anything) to be done.

Sākṣitva (witnesshood), akartṛtva (non-doership), Brahmānanda; saguna-to-nirguna assimilationMahavakya: Strongly aligned with ‘अहं ब्रह्मास्मि’ and ‘प्रज्ञानं ब्रह्म’: the ‘I’ as sākṣin is actionless consciousness; meditation culminates in Brahman-bliss identity.AtharvaChandas: Anuṣṭubh (śloka)
