किं त्वाऽमन्यत वैदेहः पिता मे मिथिलाधिपः।राम जामातरं प्राप्य स्त्रियं पुरुषविग्रहम्।।2.30.3।।
kiṃ tvā amanyata vaidehaḥ pitā me mithilādhipaḥ | rāma jāmātaraṃ prāpya striyaṃ puruṣa-vigraham || 2.30.3 ||
Hỡi Rāma, khi phụ vương ta—đức vua xứ Mithilā—đón nhận chàng làm phò mã, lẽ nào Người lại tưởng chàng là một nữ nhân khoác lấy hình tướng nam tử?
