A Sūtra-like Manual of Expiations for Ritual Transgressions
यावकेन दिनैकं तु गोमूत्रेण च कारयेत् ॥ रात्रौ वीरासनं कुर्यादाकाशशयने वसेत्
yāvakena dinaikaṃ tu gomūtreṇa ca kārayet || rātrau vīrāsanaṃ kuryād ākāśaśayane vaset
Selama satu hari hendaknya ia menjalankan laku dengan yāvaka-biji (jelai dan sejenisnya) serta dengan air kencing sapi; pada malam hari hendaknya ia duduk dalam sikap vīrāsana dan tinggal di tempat tidur terbuka (tanpa atap).
